A bit about the role

Reporting to the Rating Services Team Leader, you will be supporting the business unit through a time of change. As the first point of contact for major stakeholders you will be responsible for managing incoming rating service enquiries, assisting in the maintenance of property and valuation records, reviewing applications, land certificates, and more.

What you will deliver

·       Support the team through change, while assisting stakeholders with property valuation and rating service enquiries.

·       Assist in the maintenance of property and valuation records, reviewing applications, land certificates, and more.

·       Liaise with a range of internal and external customers including the provision of

·       correspondence.

·       Provide accurate and timely administration support to the Rating Services Unit.

 

What you will bring

·       Strong IT skills and a curious attitude towards technology and innovation.

·       Satisfactory completion of VCE/VCAL/HSC or equivalent.

·       Resilience, confidence and the ability to answer property, valuation and rating service enquiries.

·       An understanding of relevant technology, policies, processes and regulations.

·       The ability to perform administrative functions, including database, records and registers maintenance.

·       A continuous improvement mindset with a positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
