If you're ready to help build a culture where safety is a fundamental value, not just a checkbox, driven to create a culture where safety is ingrained in everything we do, join us as we set new standards in health and safety excellence.

  • Monitor and anticipate changes in health and safety legislation, recommending organisational adjustments to maintain compliance with evolving standards
  • Support designated work groups, health and safety representatives, and committees in being effective and responsive to safety requirements
  • Act as the key liaison for WorkSafe inquiries and lead the enhancement and review of the health and safety strategic plan, including performance reporting

What you’ll bring

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in developing high-performing teams
  • Strong communication skills for effective engagement with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety legislation, standards, and guidelines in a large enterprise
  • Excellent problem-solving, consultation, and communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and influence others to achieve strategic objectives
  • Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety legislation, standards, and guidelines in a large enterprise
