A bit about the role

This role reports to the Systems Analytics & Contingency Lead and is responsible for developing and delivering data requests to the People and Capability department and the greater organisation. You will draw together data and information from multiple human resource information systems, supporting the greater organisation to enhance strategic decision-making.

 

You will work together with leaders in the organisation to provide not only the data required, but identify problem solving strategies and tailor information to best suit their needs. 

 

You will also use your interpersonal skills to generate greater engagement within Wyndham for people data and analytics. We are proud of all we deliver to the community and are looking to continue to provide the data to support the narrative. 

 
What you’ll deliver
  • A strong understanding of our available data, connecting people leaders with the tools to make better informed decisions
  • Deliver dashboards and reports within People and Capability to measure and drive success and continuous improvements
  • Connect and build relationships within the organisation, enhancing our use of people analytics.
  • Pull together and present data from multiple HRIM systems, using your problem-solving skills to provide easy interpretation
  • Provide deeper knowledge around the use and understanding of people metrics and analytics
 
What you’ll bring
  • Experience working with people analytics
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships across the organisation
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to coordinate solutions and support problem solving
  • Ability to produce, analyse, manage, interpret, display and provide statistical reports and recommendations
  • A positive, curious and flexible mind
