- Salary from $147,661 - $160,000 (total remuneration package) commensurate with skills and experience
A bit about the role
The Coordinator Finance Operations reports to the Executive Manager Finance and is responsible for the management and strategic delivery of our financial transactions (reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, systems integration etc), rating services and rating valuations.
You will drive innovation throughout your team, creatively achieving excellence and success across our finance operations unit. You will shape and implement best practise processes and policy throughout your remit, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services for a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

- Vision and support to drive innovative practises across the unit
- Exceptional communication skills, providing appropriate messaging to our diverse group of stakeholders
- Strategic direction to the unit, allowing for the team to meet competing priorities across the operational tasks
- Develop recommendations to the Executive Manager Finance through analysis and translation of data and financial information
What you’ll bring
- Exceptional leadership skills, driving vision and success throughout the unit
- Experience and demonstrated understanding of business principles, processes and systems associated with financial transactions
- Keen understanding of best practise financial operations and experience delivering innovative change
- Understating of the various legislation and governance requirements affecting the position and team
- Tertiary qualification in management, commerce or accounting or subsequent relevant experience with lesser qualification
- A positive, curious and flexible mind
